Varun chal(Crataeva intybus):-It is appetizer , digestive,laxative& diuretic.It is useful in jaundice,constipation,renal stones,Itestinal worms & U.T.I.
Kasni (C. intybus)– It acts as an adjuvant for liver disorders like hepatitis and jaundice. Increases bile secretion & promotes digestion. Useful in torpor of the liver & in bilious enlarge- ment of the spleen with general dropsy.
Makoy (S. nigrum)– Acts as a diuretic, cathartic and hydrogogue for liver disorders. Given in the Enlargement of Liver & Spleen (Chronic cirrhosis).
Kassondi (Cassia occidentalis)– Diuretic; useful in liver disorders.
Arjun (Terminalia arjuna)– Deobstruent; useful in obstructive liver diseases.
Kalmegh (A. paniculata)– Very useful in viral hepatitis and drug and alcohol induced liver damage, acts as a cholegogue and enhances bile secretion, improves loss of appetite.
