Uses and properties:

  • Useful in Amlapitta (hyperacidity), Chhardi (emesis), Shool (pain in abdomen), Gulma, Kasa, Sangrahani (malabsorption syndrome), Daha (burning sensation), Tridoshaj Atisara,Shwas (breathlessness / asthma), Mandagni, Hikka (hiccups).
  • Reduces Amlatva (sourness) and Teekshnatva (intensity) of Pitta. Also normalizes vitiated Vaata Dosha.
  • Useful in Vaata-Pittaj Vikara.
  • Tikta-Amlodgar (sour-pungent belching), Hrut-Kantha Daha (burning sensation in chest and throat), gastritis like symptoms, Udavarta, Pittaj Shiroshool, Nidranasha (insomnia).
  • Shows good results in Sutika Roga (diseases post labor), Atisara (diarrhea), Raktatisara (bloody diarrhea), Jwaratisara, Mukhpaka (stomatitis).

Triturated with: Bhrungraj Swaras.

Indications: Amlapitta, Udarshool.

Weight per tablet: 125 mg.

Dose: 1 to 2 tab twice daily.
