Uses and properties
- Excellent digestive.
- Used singly or with Rasaparpati, relieves dysentery.
- Useful in Pravahika (Irritable bowel syndrome) when given with Ghee and Haritaki fried in castor oil along with SaunfArka or Isabgol.
- Useful in various conditions of Grahani, when given with Rasaparpati / Panchmritparpati / Swarnaparpati.
Indications: Dysentery, Irritable bowel syndrome.
Dose: 2 to 3 g twice a day.
Anupana: Cold water, Juice of pomegranate, buttermilk.
Presentation: 100 g, 250 g, 500 g & 1 kg.
