The electrolyte balance gets disturbed and the patient becomes dehydrated and weak. AMENTROL drug is a combination of herbal anti-diarrhoeals. It contains extracts of selected medicinal herbs that have been used from ancient times to provide relief in diarrhoea and dysentery. Strong anti-amoebic and anti-protozoal action of Kutaj alkaloid, extract helps in clearing very chronic cases of amoebic dysentery. Other ingredients are very useful to control diarrhoea and dysentery by their astringent action on the bowel.
